Feeling overwhelmed is very common. The trick is to practise finding your owns ways to relieve your stress and clear your mind. Here are a few suggestions. Think about what makes you feel peaceful and try and make time every day to do something to make you happy and most importantly find your ease.

2. Follow our Steps
- Take slow deep breaths or try 5 minutes of breathing or meditation techniques
- Soak in a warm bath filled with natural salts
- Listen to soothing music
- Practise mindful meditation. The goal of mindful meditation is to focus on things happening right now in the present moment.
- Write… write anything, your feelings, your thoughts, your worries, release that energy!
- Call a friend!
- Take a walk – preferably somewhere Green
- Swim in the ocean
- Sit in the sun, soak it in, shut your eyes… and breathe (don’t forget sunscreen)
- Read a book, novel or magazine – find a distraction.
